"The cabin was very cozy, it’s perfect for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 small children . The bathtub was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes for two and a few pots for cooking. I recommend you bring all your groceries because you can’t easily go to a big market. The cabins are very close to each other and the campground is right there too. It must be very crowded in the summer. I went in winter."

"Fun and interesting decor. Access road is rough, but easily doable. Beds were very cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is small, but has more than you'll need in the way of condiments and spices. Very nice cabin, especially when the weather is stormy."

The cozy atmosphere made it feel like home, and the wonderful backyard was perfect for relaxing. Being within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants was a fantastic bonus. "It's a large home with bedrooms, games, stairwells, and even a suite in a stand-alone building all over the place. The driveway is tight and rough. But it does lead to a small trail and a private beach. My big complaint would be the upstairs shower. Ick. The town is small and interesting. It is a great place to be to see the most of the multiple redwood parks."

"Trinidad is a hidden gem with beautiful views and beaches. The house was exactly as pictured in a nice neighborhood with views and close to local shops, grocery store and restaurants. It was very comfortable for our family of 6 but lacked some basics I've come to expect like at least a minimal amount of alum foil, plastic wrap, sugar etc. Not even a salt shaker! I also would have appreciated a bottle of cleaning fluid. The only thing provided was 2 rolls of paper towel, trash bags and a 2 oz....

"Overall really nice. But something needs to be done with the garbage cans. On arrival the garbage cans were visited by raccoons and they spread garbage all over the back yard and front yard. Of course we cleaned it up. Tightly closed the lids and again the same trash spread all over. I closed lids with bungee cords that worked one day. Then the last night it was bad. A dog got back there and helped spread the refuse. One more cleanup before we left. New strategy needed. "

Easy check-in, spotless-clean upon our arrival, wonderful partial views of the water from the living room and BBQ deck (and a short walk to bluffs with lovely views and the sounds of sea lions), and a cozy and comfortable bedroom. Ideal for a couple, might feel cramped with someone staying on the fold-out bet. Perfect location to explore the Redwoods parks (and hidden gem Sue-Meg state park next door)."
