Great ocean views, quiet community: a great option for those who want privacy and relax from the bustle of the city. The check-in and check-out process was easy and seamless. Plenty of parking space. We would rent this villa again, highly recommended!"

"We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! "

"Charming, plenty of room for guests to spread out, fabulous fire pit in the garden. Needs new mattress in primary bedroom, bedding updates and hairdryers in each room. Kitchen nicely stocked with basics. Also If possible, blow off the putting green to make it usable!"

"My wife and I had a great stay. The place was clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. Host provided a welcome basket with water and snacks and kept in contact with check-in and check-out information. Resort was very quiet and the grounds were well maintained with walking paths to the cliffs for great sunsets and down to the beach. We will be back. Thank you!"

"We have stayed at a dozen of the 2-unit Villas at Seascape & it's hard to top this one. Not the place if you are looking for ocean views, but it is the closest unit to the stairs down to the beach.We hate rentals with a lot of knick-knacks and clutter & this one gets it right. Clean, comfortable & stylish and turnkey -- you'll feel right at home in minutes. Having it's own private entrance is a plus.Would definitely stay here again. No-hassle property management company."

"Loved this beautiful, clean condo. The grounds were lovely and the views were great. We were staying for a wedding and this rental had everything we needed and ample space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable, which is important to me, and the pillows were fluffy. There was a stocked coffee station in the kitchen which is also very important. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. "
