The apartment, cozy and functional, is located in an elegant and elegant residential area, close to the historic city center. Thanks to its strategic position, it allows guests to walk to Piazza Unità (in 10 minutes), and the most important places of historical interest.

It offers easy access to the many bars and restaurants that animate the area, typical shops of artisans and antique dealers, while remaining in a quiet and safe position.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift.

In 70 square meters of space it can comfortably accommodate 4 people, with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Two bathrooms: the first with shower, bidet and toilet; a second with bidet washer and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a traditional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, kitchen utensils and wine glasses.
Two balconies.
Equipped with air conditioning, television, iron, hair dryer and drying rack.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law. The city tax of € 2 per person per day is not included in the rate and will be collected upon arrival, in cash. Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the hotel and require a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23. 00: € 25.00; - 23. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

Noted for being one of the highest participation regattas, from the 2018 edition, the Barcolana, with 2689 registered boats, is at the top of the ranking of the most crowded regattas in the world, a goal achieved and met with commitment by the entire Sailing Society of Barcola and Grignano. Currently therefore the Barcolana is the largest regatta in the world.
