"Confesso que esperava muito mais da estrutura do hotel, quando olhamos as fotos do hotel aqui no hotéis.com parece ser um hotel com muito verde (fechado), e tem algumas fotos que não são do hotel, e sim fora que eles usam tambem. Achei a área verde do hotel feia, a vista do nosso quarto era pra horta e tinha bastante terra. O atendimento é bom, são muito atenciosos. Quanto a experiência com os elefantes, pra gente foi decepcionante, primeiro que eles ficam pedindo pros elefantes fazer coisas que...

"Thank you for a wonderful peaceful stay. The staff were great! Everyone from the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping. I loved the balcony view of the Makong River! Very relaxing to watch the boats on the river. "

"Ich war in Chiang Rai und wollte ein Hotel nähe Stadtmitte. Das Hotel wurde mir mit 400m zur Stadtmitte angezeigt. Ich buchte und verstand erst später dass mir ein Hotel in Chan Saen angedreht wurde, das kein Stadtteil von Chiang Rai ist sondern 40km entfernt liegt. Eine sofortige Stornierung habe ich nicht gefunden. Es war das letzte Mal, dass ich EXPEDIA benutzt habe. Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Reinlege"

"Beautiful gardens, lovely hotel, great view. Really.. It's called Gin's Meakong View for a reason. We stayed 4 nights in one of the love huts, rented scooters from the hotel and explored. Chilled out in the pool for a while after. Ate some good food either at the hotel or at one of the stalls along the river (15min walk). Loved Chiang Saen and it's surroundings. Loved it!!"

"It's a newly built hotel, very clean and spacious. The only negative was bad WiFi in my (newer) building. Perhaps the other building has better WiFi. If you are coming by bus or van from Chiang Mai, ask to drop at the traffic light immediately after the National Museum (which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel)."
