"Bell'appartamento vicino alla spiaggia e al centro città. Parcheggio gratuito (non sempre disponibile, ma noi siamo stati fortunati) e la stazione ferroviaria è a 15 minuti a piedi. Ideale per visitare le Cinqueterre. Adatto per due adulti e un bambino adolescente, la stanza a castello è piuttosto piccola. Insomma è stato bello soggiornare in una tipica zona residenziale italiana."

"This property was wonderful! Perfect location away from the touristy areas but easy to walk to the train station, city centre and harbour. La Spezia was a great little city. Far less crowded than staying in Cinque Terre and only 10 mins by train from the first village. The highlight of our stay here though was our host Renata. We have travelled a lot and stayed in many rental properties and have never had a better or more thoughtful host! She picked us up and dropped us off at the train...

It is recommended to agree on communication ahead of time as we had a minor question that was left unanswered through VRBO message; however, they have a restaurant in town so assume we could have gone into town to ask.
