"Perfect spot for our family to participate in Xterra. Right across the road from race area by yhe beach. We wanted a spot with kitchen and washing machine. Drying rack provided in each room. We like independence, so not the place for you if you prefer a concierge type of stay. Grocery store is a block away. Great views of mountains. "

"The apartment itself is nice and big, Mail issue is the lack of A/C. It’s summer, hot, and the ceiling fan isn’t enough. Opening the window, will not help this much at day time and at night will bring u mosquitoes. The apartment was 4th floor with no elevator, hard with the luggage. The location is nice and close to the lake."

"We are a family of 5 (3 kids). We got a very nice room with a wonderful balcony, in which we were happy to sit and eat (all 5 of us). Cristiano (the owner) is a super host - he was so helpful in giving us any information we needed, especially about celiac (they have celiac in the family so he was happy to share his useful knowledge). "Haben spontan gebucht und wurden daher auch nicht erwartet. Wurden jedoch von den Eltern sympatisch empfangen. Leider hatte es keine CI Karte im TV und dadurch konnten wir auch nicht fernsehen. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack sehr hart. An sonsten stimmt das Preisleistungsverhältnis."
