"Really great villa - absolutely huge, spotlessly clean and in beautiful surroundings. Swing and trampoline perfect for the kids. Host left breakfast stuff for us when we arrived and brought us a cake when they came to clean the pool, which was a lovely touch. There are limited amenities in Simou (the nearest village) so a car is essential. Well-stocked smaller shops in Giolou and good supermarkets in Polis / Paphos. Latchi and Akamas peninsular very close. Highly recommended!"

"Great pool and views but given the amount paid for this holiday it is very over rated and over priced. Had other cheaper villa holidays locally and got everything expected and more but Not here. Villa not fully clean internally, basement area especially in gym are not cleaned. Outside BBQ area not cleaned. "We are a family of 6 visiting Akamas. This village house is well maintained and clean, and the kids really enjoyed the deep and refreshing swimming pool (so unexpected in the village!) The location is centrally located, 30 min from Latchi, Polis, Lara. The only negatives are that the beds are a bit firm and you have to be very careful with the hot water - it is scalding hot. Vasiliki is a lovely host and very responsive. All in all we thought it was wonderful and would absolutely come here...

"Die Ausstattung der Einrichtung ließ leider unter Berücksichtigung des Mietpreises zu wünschen übrig. Küchengeräte (Basisausstattung fehlte) , die Spülmaschiene versagte, Sonnenliegen sind sind in die Jahre gekommen, das Wohnzimmersofa war geschlitzt und hier und da traten Fliesenschäden auf. "Windy Ridge is a lovely, spacious property with fantastic views over the countryside to the sea. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for self-catering. Having said that, the lovely village of Pissouri is a short (steep) walk away and there were numerous very good restaurants there, and at Pissouri Bay, a few minutes drive down to the sea. The outside space is great and the sizeable pool was cleaned twice a week. Communication with the hosts, Sarah and Keith was very easy and quick....
