"Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. "

"Lovely studio, but 2 things to address: 1 - the shower is not powerful when the heat is turned up. 2- The bed is 2 singles joined together, it's on wheels, any movement and the bed just slides across the floor, maybe change the wheels to locking wheels, simple fix But I'd definitely stay again, lovely little studio."

"Have requested my invoice for the deposit several times now and still not been sent it. Didnt get sent lock box code on day of check in at 4pm despite sending all required info. Had to call and ask for it to be sent at 5:30. Deposit system was difficult and not clear. Property itself was ok but not worth the hassle for a work stay. "

"The property host CANCELLED 24hrs beforehand! This left my 18 year old daughter and her friend without accommodation at the last minute. They claimed that due to ‘unforeseen’ maintenance they had to cancel! This left us in a panic as accommodation was minimal not to mention pricey as there was a concert on at the Stadium (which is what the girls were going for)! Not to mention the fact they were travelling from Glasgow!"
