"The cabin was spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked with the basics, including coffee filters. Extra touches included a first aid kit, bedroom lamp with plug, usb, and charging cables was nice. Communication was great, check and and out was smooth. "

"The cabin was the perfect stay for enjoying the quiet and snowy up north woods. It’s walking distance to the snow show trails and short drive to mt Bohemia. We loved the proximity to calumet Main Street for good food and coffee. The cabin is modern and cozy. Would definitely reserve again! "

"The property was cleaned very well. Beds were comfortable. The “office” room is located between the two bedrooms in an area at the top of the steps. This only had a child bed which we were not expecting. It is a great place to stay and very well set up if you do have children. Would recommend! "

"This place is awesome for larger groups. We came to ski and sightsee in the Keweenaw. This was a return trip the Canal View house and we look forward to returning in the future.Everything about the accommodations is as good as you could ever hope to find. There are relaxing social spaces, sweeping views, a perfectly stocked kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space.If you are looking for a very nice place at a great price, this is the one to book! Thanks for the stay!"

"Great location to get between our ski destinations in the area. Love the big entryway for gear. Roomy living area. Excellent appliances. Comfortable rooms and beds. Bunks are great for the shorter adults or for kids. Heat was even throughout the house and much appreciated."

"Cabin was wonderful. Location great. Snow was fantastic. Xc sking. Snow shoeing. Local culture the best. Friendly folks everywhere. "

"This property was a hidden gem! Such beautiful sunrises/sunsets and very peaceful. The property itself was very clean and spacious enough for our whole family. We will be planning on coming back in the summer! "

"This is our second stay at the Mohawk Trail house and we would highly recommend this property. The house is not fancy but it is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Two excellent restaurants are located within walking distance of the house. The owners were very timely in plowing the parking lot after 2 significant snowfalls. It is just a 20 minute drive to Mt. Bohemia. Thanks Marc and Bette for another great stay"

"The cabin was in a quiet area, great water views. It was a great location for our family to explore the Keweenaw Peninsula. The cabin was as described. Great communication from the owners. Would highly recommend and will keep this place in mind on our next trip to the Keweenaw. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"This spot is everything we could have wanted.2 bedrooms with room for belongings. We moved a couple things in the living room and used an air mattress instead of the sofa sleeper - just our choice. Perfect space for 6 adults.Super easy to get to the trails. Jill was a great host - quick response to all correspondence. "

"We planned to ski at the Swedetown Nordic Center and attend a Dance Performance at the Michigan Tech University. Lodging in the area was spares as there was also a major University Hockey event.The Mohawk location was convenient to skiing and not that far from the University. Slims restaurant across the street was great for Breakfast!The only negative was a slight odor in the house."

"Our second time staying here. Great place. Immaculately clean. It has a good variety of things for adults and kids. Great location close to downtown Calumet and 20 minutes from Michigan Tech. Parking for cars or snowmobiles! Host is very responsive. "

"Beautiful views and location, sleeping arrangements are less than ideal for more than one adult couple, would be fine for singles or kids, but 3 tiered bunk beds for adult couples was unfortunate. That said the house was very nice, clean and comfortable. "

"This stay was a repeat in this rental home and it didn't dissapoint. Home is clean and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. Centrally located for all our Keweenaw travel adventures. Phoenix store is just down the road for little things we forgot to bring with us. Definitely recommend for couple travel when you want a home instead of a hotel. Thank you, Jeff, for your hospitality and easy communication. I'm sure this will be a repeat rental for us in the future."
