This newly built, stylish, and smartly designed condo is located in the heart of Traverse City. Located within 5 minutes walking distance of downtown, the Warehouse District, West End Beach and the Open Space, the location simply cannot be beaten for those looking for convenient access to all that TC has to offer.
The condo's theme centers on the Danish concept of hygge - which represents comfort, coziness, and contentment - so obviously our aim is for guests to really enjoy themselves here!
You'll enter the condo via a private entrance on the ground floor, which opens up in to a single car garage, and continues into a mudroom. From there, you'll head upstairs and into the condo.
The first floor features a fully stocked kitchen and stylishly appointed comfortable living room. It's a great place to share a meal, watch TV, play board games, or otherwise relax and enjoy the company of your group. Attached to this floor is a full bathroom and the laundry room.
Going upstairs, to the second floor, you'll find both bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each room has built-in closets, nightstands, and dressers. In the hallway that connects this floor, you'll find the spiral staircase.
Up the staircase you'll come to the third floor private balcony. It's set up to act as a rooftop space where guests can gather for a drink, to eat, or just a place to relax and enjoy the view.
Guests will have full access to the entire condo.
You host will be available via the booking app at all times, but it's highly unlikely that you'll meet him in person. He's happy to help with any trip recommendations, issues that occur at the house, or to answer any questions you've got about the accommodations, area, or your booking.
Located on the edge Traverse City's Slabtown District and the Warehouse District, this location is approximately 1 block from West End Beach's volleyball courts, is adjacent North Peak Brewing and is 3 blocks from downtown TC.
There isn't a more convenient place to be with regards to walkability and you'll find almost everything you need within walking distance.
Guests need their own transportation. Also, there's one parking space in the garage.
There is a noise detection device located on the first floor in the living room. Please be aware that it does not record anything but rather it simply detects noise levels, temperature, humidity, and the number of connected devices. It will alert the host if decibels stay consistently over 75 (approximately the level of a vacuum cleaner) for longer than 10 minutes.
In short, it is a party prevention device but it is not a recording device.
