Summary:
Beautiful downtown condo close to everything! Two blocks from Front Street and all downtown has to offer; restaurants, bars, beaches, festivals, and more! King bed and a pull out couch sleeps four. Stocked kitchen, private laundry, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. One flight of stairs to this 2nd floor condo.

Parking: You may park for free in the parking lot located on the North side of the building. It is first-come-first-serve. If you have extra vehicles, you may use the adjacent Old Town Parking Garage which is $1/hour with a $10/max per day and allows for overnights.

Traverse City visit
The location was a convenient walk of a few blocks to the downtown area. We walked to breakfast and dinner the days we were there with ease. The parking lot was a little tight, and even though it was first come/first serve we were able to get a spot each day/night. The unit was quiet, clean and easy to access. No complaints/issues.

Nice place
Its a nice place with good proximity to downtown area. Parking is definitely an issue. We had to pay $20 to park in the garage because there was no spots. Id say bring additional paper towel toilet paper. All in all you can't go wrong staying here. We will definitely stay again.

Overall we were pleased. Things could be a bit better stocked, ie more coffee, facial tissues, up-to-date local info. Parking is a bit of a problem. I suggest putting softer bulbs in the bedroom lamps since the overhead is plenty bright. And a dimmer for the bathroom. All the "before you leave" stuff the guest is asked to do verged on feeling like work.

Girls trip
We absolutely loved the location of the condo! It’s walking distance to so many great places! The parking lot is small for the condo and is first come first serve. The parking garage is $25/day if you cannot snag a parking spot so that was somewhat of a bummer. Recommendation—full length mirror and more than one mirror! 3 of us girls need more than one mirror to get ready for nights out! :) thanks for having us!

Convenient location
Neat condo very conveniently located to downtown and walking distance to pretty much everything. Cleanly living situation that includes the basics. If you will be utilizing the pull out sofa, make sure to specify that you will need a blanket and pillows because they were not there for us to use, only a sheet set was provided. Also, you may want to ask for extra towels being that only 4 r provided and it is a beach city where you may want more.

Great accommodations and location!
My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The condo is clean, light, and airy, the bed and linens very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped to prepare “at home” meals, and we had no trouble with onsite parking. Towels, linens, toiletries, coffee, tea, and creamer were all provided. The location is really convenient. A pleasant, 15-minute walk will take you through quaint Victorian neighborhoods to the shore and downtown Traverse City and Old Town, where you will find many shops, boutiques, a movie house, restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and dispensaries. The Rare Bird Brewery is outside the back door; we enjoyed local craft beer and good meals there. Traverse City is bike friendly. The TART trail provides an easy ride along the shoreline and throughout the area. Downtown streets are lined for bike lanes. We rented e-bikes from Brick Wheels Bike Shop--down the same street from where the condo sits. They have reasonable rates, great staff, and their shop sits on the trail.

Location is Everything!
Perfect location! Walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. The unit was spotless and perfect for 2 people. Communication with the host was not great, did not respond to any messages.

Weekend Getaway
This place is immaculate and in a great location to get to all of the fun. My boyfriend and I came for just a small weekend getaway and it was the perfect place. It had everything we needed and the location was in the heart of down town to get to all the great spots easily. I would highly recommend this place.

Unit was beautiful and in a perfect location. Only downside is communication with the host, they took more than 3-4 days to respond or at times didn’t respond at all. Overall great experience though.

A Little Gem in Perfect Location
This little gem is clean, modern, attractively furnished and in a great location. It is less than a ten minute walk to Front St. and a few minutes’ drive to Grand Traverse Commons. There is a great restaurant with a full bar and reasonable prices a block away. We also discovered a grocery store about a mile away. This small condo is fully furnished with just about everything you would need and the king size bed is very comfortable. Four adults might feel a little crowded in this space but it was perfect for the two of us. Parking was not a problem. There were spaces available every day of our stay. Our only negative: the cleaning crew used an industrial strength cleaner/disinfectant on the floors and the odor was overwhelming to the point of stinging eyes and headaches. We placed the wet mop out on the balcony for the duration of our stay which helped but the heavy odor lingered. If you are sensitive to heavily scented cleaning products, you may want to request that the cleaners use only water on the floors.
