"First, I’m very grateful for the communication with the VRBO host, she was very responsive. This is not ideal if you’re looking for a comfortable stay like I was. The restroom situation is not comfortable, the outlets did not work, and overall it was more of a camping experience than a comfortable stay. Probably a stay that should be listed on HipCamp and not VRBO."

"The property is spacious and well-stocked. Plenty of room to spread out, large dining table and kitchen. The pool and sauna are nice. The neighborhood is extremely quiet at night due to being located in a cul-de-sac. Third time staying at this property and will certainly visit again. Had a small issue with the microwave and stove top burners and within 30 minutes the owner had a new microwave installed and fixed the stove top burners. "

"We had an amazing time here for our annual Christmas trip! Every year I take my kids on a trip instead of buying them gifts. It has gotten more challenging as our family has continued to grow. We now range in age from my 4 month old granddaughter to me and my husband in our 40s/50s. Everyone has a great time at this beautiful vacation home. "Leslie's place is excellent—super clean inside and ample outdoor space. If you go, and we recommend you do, bring your supplies. The shelves and cabinets are pretty bare. Bring all the basics (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) and paper towels if you plan on cooking. It's all good, though, because now we know, and we'll plan on staying there again. Tulare is a great place to see bands in their new amphitheater. It's a fantastic venue."
