"No frills hotel in the middle of Leeds. Easy walk from the station and short bus ride to Stylus at Leeds Uni to watch a band. Great value and didn't cost much more than an Uber would have been to go back to Halifax. Check-in was easy, bed and pillows were comfy, air con was efficient and water was hot and powerful. Yes there's not much room round the bed and the bathroom is small but for 1 night it was fine. There was no view and we couldn't open our window but like I said the air con cooled...

"Hotel muito central. Quarto muito espaçoso. O hotel já tem uns anos, mas mantém um bom nível de conforto. O salão de estar, logo após se passar a zona de recepção, é descomunal. O staff é atencioso e educado. Têm um parque de estacionamento em gravilha, na parte de trás do hotel, com muitos lugares. Custa 13 libras 24h."

"We were very glad to find the Campanile at Wakefield. It is tucked away in a comfortable and quiet corner of an industrial estate. The room was as we expected - clean, comfortable and very user-friendly. We were particularly pleased to discover the pleasant bar and restaurant area situated in Reception. "We stayed at Clayton for our daughters 3rd birthday weekend, and when we got to the room there was a little surprise for our daughter, balloons and banners. This made ours and especially our daughters day. Thank you so much for that. Apart from this, the breakfast, the room and service are exceptional. Staff have been very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely stay here again."

"Julie on Reception was Brilliant! Polite, professional, helpful and funny. The walls of room 101 are a bit thin! We heard people talking and their morning alarm! We didn’t know we’d have to pay £10 EACH to use the pool!! For 90 minutes."

"Great location 10mins from Lytham, lovely building and quiet location. We had a really nice lunchtime sandwiches with good choice all served by really nice abd attentive staff. Double room good value and great breakfast served, including gluten free options. Would definitely stay again. "

"The room was amazing had two sofa, the bed was kingsize amd very spacious coming in. Loved the church themed stained windows going up the and down the stairs near the receptionist desk. Staff was very friendly and always asked me if everything was ok."
