The whole house of about 200m2 offers a comfortable living room with a spacious and bright kitchen overlooking the terrace.
The first floor of the house is composed of a large living room with a functional fireplace and a large dining table, a bedroom with private bathroom, a guest toilet and the kitchen with a laundry area at the back.

On the first floor you will find the four other bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, a toilet, the master bedroom has its own toilet.
One of the bedrooms on the first floor has an office that can be used as a work space.

The large garden with its jacuzzi, welcomes breakfasts and dinners interspersed with naps in the calm.
Three rooms have a TV, another large TV is in the living room.
