Check in closed early short staff.
Service in the restaurant slow although polite food was good.
Woken at 1am by a person unlocking my door and entering my room. I advised the person it was not a good idea. He apologised said wrong room and left quickly. Transpires it was a member of staff finishing late and starting early. He had been given the wrong key and room number. He apologised at bfast.
Not the point very poor situation to allow to happen, I’m pretty unhappy about it and complained at check out, again no staff and spoke to an events team member. Told the manager would contact me..
Room mould on the bathroom ceiling and mixer tap plumbed the wrong way. So hot was cold etc. against regs imagine a blind person or child using the tap.
To top it off electric car chargers a joke. App didn’t work although on this occasion not the girls fault.
Summary very disappointing.
