Disappointing place and service
We went to the place by taxi. We had a mobile number for contacting the property manager. No matter we explained to him we did not have a car/sat nav, he just sent us some coordinates. We were trying more than 40 minutes trying to find the building/apartment as the property manager did not answer more than 10 additional calls and the taxi driver nor people living in the same complex were unable to find the apartment. At last the property manager answered because the taxi driver used his mobile; we remained talking additional 10 minutes until we were able to find the building, the apartment and recover the key from a security box. The apartment was dirty and stingy when we arrived. We paid extra 30 euros for the taxi, more than double the price should we have had the address. The property manager was confused saying we were a day earlier and because of that the apartment was dirty. He said that someone would come tomorrow to clean the pace and we had to wait her. I was waiting until 10:45 next day and no one arrived to clean. I agreed with the property manager to leave the key for the person to take it. When we returned in the afternoon the apartment was clean at last. I was going to cook the dinner and was barefoot and the integrated electric hob gave me an electric shock so I was very lucky for not being burnt nor electrocuted. We did not have TV because it was damaged the TV set and the cable/aerial. Really I believe that Verb must give one or two days refund for all the extra expenditure, wasting time waiting for the cleaner, lack of TV and the dangerous condition of the hob.
