"The house was spotless, well equipped. All the rooms are very nice sized. The orange tree was a big bonus. In general very happy with the home, although I was disappointed in finding out after the booking of the additional cost of heating the pool. Apparently it is the norm in Az to charge to heat the pool, there was not any mention of the cost initial booking that I saw. Great house.Jesse"

"Great place. We would stay again"

"COLD, heater would no heat the house past 64 degrees. in the mornings it was 63 and 61 degrees. how would you like it?."

"Soccer team tournament. Excellent location to soccer complex (12 min). We were 14 people parents of 5 (17-18 yo) girls. The bathroom situation was a little tight- the only en-suite is in master bedroom located on main floor; one full bathroom on 2nd floor where there were 4 bedrooms. 3rd shower located on main floor in the mud room off the garage. We are all close families so we made it work. Lots of sleeping space in bedrooms. "

"It was very nice....we enjoyed our stay.....only complaint is the barking dog next door. Pretty annoying. I admit this isn't the property owners fault but it is a nuisance that should be addressed. "

The house was so comfortable and quiet. We marveled at all of the detail that went in to building and maintaining this home. Holly and Kurt were great to work with and responded quickly when needed. "Very nice place in a quiet subdivision. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication was good and the check in/check out process was very easy. Only thing we noticed is that the floors were quite dirty. Noticed our son’s clothes and hands were dirty after crawling around for a couple of minutes. Other than that the place was amazing."
