"Beds were excellent, cottage was clean and well equiped. Arrive Friday 20th around 14:15 and was told check-in was not until 16:00, bit we could buy and extra hour for a fee. This seems rather a poor way to welcome guests who are spending Hundreds of pounds on accommodation. On later checking the "welcome letter" it actually quoted 15:00 check-in. It left a bad taste from this 1 reception person. Otherwise the stay was good."

"Lovely one night stay as part of a road trip down to Cornwall. The host was lovely and friendly and made us welcome. The room was comfortable and quiet and we slept well. Delicious cooked breakfast in the morning. Ideally I’d have liked a bigger bath sheet that could wrap round me after a shower but for a short stay it was perfectly fine. "

"Amazing b&b, the room was lovely and big, everything you could need was available to just grab. Loved the packed to go breakfast, especially the fact the hot food was farm fresh. "Ideal for our 2 night stay exploring North Devon coast. We were welcomed and given helpful local information. There are convenience shops and a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Although the location is on a main road, there are parking spaces. Our well equipped room was quiet, being situated in an annex at the back of the house. Ideal for a short stay. "

"Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable beds. Front bedrooms are a bit noisy as the property is on the main road, so had to sleep with the windows closed. Parking was on site, but a bit awkward especially if other drivers did not park in the marked spaces. Breakfast was ok, but a very strange system of ticking of choice of food on a blackboard, which was not very user friendly. Limited choice (e.g. only orange juice and only one cereal, only berries for fruit choice) and nothing left out to help...
