3 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite shower room, 1 separate shower room, kitchen, large lounge & dining area, large balcony overlooking the pools & sea front. Internal facilities include: air conditioning/air blown heating, washing machine/tumble dryer, 2 Smart tvs to lounge & master bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, free wifi. External facilities 3 infinity pools, 1 of which is heated, child pools & play areas, gym, sauna & steam rooms, jacuzzi & cold plunge pools, paddle court (4 no. rackets available). Beautiful clean sandy beaches, fantastic promenades & sea front walks. Nearby shopping centres, restaurants & bank atm 10 minute walk. Murcia airport 30 km/25 minutes or Alicante airport 45km/45 minutes. On arrival at the apartment you will be met by someone to handover keys and apartment information to enable you to make the best of your stay.

Fabulous stay at a beautiful apartment, highly recommended
Four of us stayed at this beautiful apartment with fabulous views from a large spacious balcony. The pool area and gardens are kept immaculate and there is a really nice swim up and bar area to enjoy a cold beer. Plenty of place to eat and drink nearest being Nautilus which served good food with fab views. We enjoyed some good walks along the seafront and found some lovely Spanish bars along the way . We will be looking forward to returning in the near future

Lost for words on how incredible this property is. The view from the main living area and balcony out to the sea is sensational. You can watch the sunrise every morning and it’s just dreamy. Absolutely immaculate, modern and with great facilities, especially for young travellers (highchair and cot weren’t an issue and lovely heated pool). The local contact went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. Property owner is just exceptionally lovely - you will not find better hosts. Local area is great- easy path to stroll along the seafront and lots of shops and activities nearby. La Zenia is huge and well worth a visit- better than most shopping centres in the UK! Easy access to lots of places of interest locally but not over crowded so lovely to get back to in the evenings. A billion stars- do not hesitate, just book!

Superb apartment.
What can I say…quite simply we were blown out of the water. The apartment is stunning, modern and everything you could wish for. The view from the apartment and in particular the balcony is fab. The complex is 5 star and fantastic for children. We had a blast. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate, you would be nuts to miss out on staying here. A big thank you Andrzej too and would be great to meet you again one day, thanks for everything.

Beautiful location, excellent view and great spacious interior
We booked the apartment for our summer vacation and it fully lived up to everything we hoped. The property and location is fantastic, the view over the sea is amazing and the pool and garden area has all what is needed for a family. Very high end, well kept and secure with 24/7 security guards watching the premises. The contact to the owner prior to our arrival was warm and pleasant with immediate responses to any question we had. We can highly recommend others to rent this place.

Lovely property by the sea
We have just got back after a lovely week in Sea Senses. Traveling with teenagers can be tough but here we had space and activities for everyone. Enjoying the view on the balcony with my morning coffee, after a walk along the sea, was my favorite. Thank you fort quick responses to questions.

Fabulous holiday at Sea Senses
We have just got back from a brilliant holiday at David's apartment. The apartment is lovely, is very well equipped and has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The complex itself is very safe for the children, it is kept spotlessly clean by the staff and with three pools plenty to keep the kids entertained. The basketball and paddle board courts were unexpected hits as well. We didn't venture too far as we didn't hire a car, but we found some great places to eat within a 15 minute walk and the supermarket is well stocked. Communication from David has been excellent and Andrzej who meets you at the property was brilliant explaining everything we needed to know and was on hand if we needed anything. We will definitely return.

A really excellently presented family apartment in the prestigious Sea Senses resort.
Easy to book, easy to check in and great to use. Sea Senses is an exceptional front line sea view resort resort with amazing architecture and facilities. This is our fifth visit and will certainly not be our last.

Stunning apartment and complex grounds
We have had the most amazing week at David's apartment. Communication was easy and very friendly. Check in also great, were met on site by local property supervisor at agreed time. Apartment is on 2nd floor with lift. Parked our car in underground garage ( recommend smaller size car as it's bit tight space, our rental Corsa was ideal) Once we walked in the apartment we were blown away by the amazing views! Apartment itself is fantastic, modern, light and spacious. With everything you might need. Cleaned to high standard. Found small cordless hoover in dinning room very handy to keep those lovely tiled floors clean during our stay. We have loved swimming pools at the complex, all kept immaculately clean. Had breakfast at Nautilus, lovely views. Then had two amazing meals at the Chinese just at the roundabout Asia Kitchen, highly recommend for dinner! Did our shopping at Mercadona 4 min drive (prefer it to Consum which was less than mile away). My favourite part of holiday were the evening on comfy rattan seating at the balcony, overlooking the grounds and the sea. I'm sure we will be back! Thank you for everything.

Lovely Apartment, great balcony wonderful sea view
Very clean modern fully furnished apartment, ideally situated on the 2nd floor with great views over the pool complex & sea. Large balcony which was great to sit & have pre dinner drinks after getting showered with a nice breeze (not in direct sunlight making you feel like you need another shower). Rooms great with ample wardrobe space, main room has direct access to balcony & on suite bathroom with walk in shower. 2nd double bedroom & 3rd twin bedroom are also nice & spacious plus a 2nd bathroom with shower. Kitchen has all you need & air conditioning keeps everything at ideal temperature. Pool complex fabulous, no problem getting sunbeds & never felt crowded. Lots of nice varied restaurants (Chinese, Italian, Indian, traditional etc) within walking distance & a few bars with live bands most nights. Small beach just outside the complex which is not the best but plenty of nice beaches just a short drive away.

Exceeded our expectations in every single way.
This was just the perfect place to stay for us and our two young children. A gated complex that relies on fobs for access and 24/7 security meant it was very secure and reassuring when travelling with small inquisitive children. The underground car park was great for keeping the car safe (again fob access required) and more importantly in August...cool. The apartment is simply stunning and all to a very high standard. Modern appliances in the fully equipped kitchen had all the bits-n-bobs you need when staying in a private apartment. The separate utility area has a very modern, separate washing machine and tumble dryer. Great to have a cordless vacuum for making sure the apartment stays as spotless as when you checked in. It is portable too, so we used it for getting sand out of the hire car. The living area has excellent large TV, sofas and a lovely dining table. Perfect for up to 6 people. There is a fantastic cupboard in the living area that was a huge hit with the children. Contained everything you need for a beach-type holiday. Bedrooms, again to a very high standard. The Master bedroom has a lovely large en-suite along with a brilliant walk-in wardrobe. The 2 other bedrooms are of equal size and both have fitted wardrobes with lots of hangers and drawer space. All rooms have window shutters. The balcony has lovely, comfortable furniture for enjoying a drink, along with a table for 6 for dinner and drinks. Pool/communal areas are absolutely fantastic. 3 large pools. We enjoyed them all, with the children spending hours on the waterslides. Pool temperatures are perfect. Lifeguards are very attentive and make sure everyone is safe in the pools. Also, complex 4 whirlpool-type pools to relax in too. Communal toilets are very clean and regularly cleaned. The local area was lovely, would highly recommend a hire to enjoy the greater area. We used this for meals out and for shopping. The only beach we tried was Playa Flamenca and the children really enjoyed it. Lovely bay type with beach with fine sand and gentle waves. The apartment has a beach umbrella, chair and buckets and spades for you to take to the beach. The owner (David) is super friendly and forthcoming with information. Andrzej will meet you with keys on your first day and is always on hand. Our daughter left something that is very precious to her under her pillow. This is now on its way back to her in the UK via express post. Thank you, Andrzej. Everything is a solid 10/10.

Fabulous location and apartment
We stay in the area a couple of times a year visiting family and have always said we would like to stay at sea senses. We were left with a few days spare this year so booked 4 nights here. Safe to say we’ll be back! Gorgeous complex and apartment right on the sea front. As all units Are privately owned, it never felt mega busy even in July/august. Apartment was large and clean with all the facilities you would need. We normally have a car but it’s really not needed here, within walking distance to bars and restaurants

Amazing vacation
We had a fantastic time at David’s condo! What a great resort. My boys ( 12 and 15) loved and quickly made friends with all the kids there as they had a great mini soccer field and they played every evening. We LOVED the paddle tennis and table tennis courts too. Pools were fantastic!! I thought we would have to go into Torrevieja often for meals but just a short walk we found some Greta spots and the grocery store is also there too. There literally was nothing bad about this vacation. We will definitely be back!

5 star apartment
This is the second time we've used this apartment and we would definitely return, it doesn't disappoint. We were due to go back in 2020 but had to keep moving it due to covid. David and Karen were very accommodating. Fabulous apartment no faults whatsoever. The pool area is kept super clean with round the clock security. There are bars/restaurants and a supermarket all within a 10min walk or taxi's are really easy to get if you want to go further. A great place to have a holiday.

Beautiful modern apartment
This is a stunning apartment based on a beautiful complex, which is maintained to very high standards. You can always get a sunbed around the pool no matter what time of day, due to the staff monitoring the beds. We hired a car which I would advise so can experience the beachside restaurants which are a short drive away.

Lovely property and location
We had a wonderful stay at Sea Senses, which is a lovely complex with excellent facilities and a very good location. The apartment is first class with great views out to sea and quality fittings and furnishings. David was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions we asked. Would highly recommend this property which is also in close walking distance to a wide range of restaurants and bars.
