This home sits on a large lot offering Best of Both Worlds; Modern city living and amenities yet nestled by mature trees and walking trails. It is perfect for big families, business travelers and couples. It is located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood close to the Lake, GO station, Waterfront Trails, QEW, Transit & all amenities!! Private extra deep backyard offers large deck and mature treelines

The space
This detached bungalow is located in the Lakeview area of Mississauga. There are 2 levels in the house;
Main floor and the basement. The two bedrooms are located on the main whereas two other bedrooms are in the basement.
MAIN FLOOR: The 1st and 2nd bedrooms as seen in photos are on the main floor. The living room area on the main is equipped with a functional fireplace, sofa bed and 58" Smart TV which has Netflix and YouTube preinstalled and can be accessed by using your own account and password.
Washer and dryer on site and freshly laundered sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay however laundry detergent is also provided. There are few extra sheets in the linen closet located on the main floor. There are extra toiletries, paper towels, extra Towels, iron and iron stand in the linen closet.

Clean, comfortable
The property was more or less as depicted. It is in a nice area of Mississauga, with easy access to the airport or the Toronto region by car. No concerns with comfort or cleanliness. Top marks in these domains. What a traveler should note is that the general upkeep of the property is passable, but not excellent. There are a few things (door, bunk bed, coffee table) that could be improved with minimal care and small fixes. Also, it should be noted that the dishwasher exists, but its use is not included in the rental (it is non-functional).

There should be more amenities in the house and it has to be a little better well kept. We couldn't open the freezer, there was no hair dryer, the diswasher didn't work, one of the chairs was broken. But we had a pleasant stay anyway

Maintenance required
Bathroom drainage, shower head, taps need maintenance as not working properly. Freezer not opening, water coming on floor when defrosting and making weird noises in middle of the night. We have to put towel to soak water coming from fridge. Dishwasher can not be used, need a good cleaning.

Easy drive to and from Niagara and Toronto
Perfect place for family and friends to stay with plenty of space for everyone. On our trip we spent time at Niagara Falls and Toronto. We didn’t want to be in a tourist area and so the location of this house was perfect for us. Great communication with host. Easy check in and out.

FILTHY, UNHEALTHY PROPERTY!
I am writing to request a refund of my rental of this property. I understand that my expiration time has expired, however I would like to inform you of the horrible state that this property is in, and in my opinion is not up to VRBO standards as I have been a longtime customer. My guests and I got to the rental property at 8pm the first night and this was the state the house was in. 1. The yard has not been touched by a lawn mower in maybe a year, overgrown weeds, grass, bugs, mice, old Christmas barrels with old Christmas plants that have been dead for who knows how long. VERY Un-inviting. 2. The freezer door on the fridge would not open but maybe 3 inches, it was frozen shut and broken on one side. 3. The return air & heater vents are caked in old dirt, filthy. 4. The bathrooms had built up dirt that has been sliding back and forth on the bottoms of the bathroom doors for sometime. 5. Baseboards were filthy and haven't been cleaned in sometime. 6. The walls have stuff that has dripped down them and never cleaned up. 7. The back porch has NO light fixture AT ALL, with the very overgrown vegetation in the back yard, made it impossible to enjoy the deck out back. 8. The stairs going into the basement have no railing and very steep and narrow, not safe at all. Low ceilings are very uncomfortable for anyone who is over 5'6" tall. 9. The bedding appeared to be clean, however, you could see the disgusting mattresses through them that are stained and very concerned about bed b

Neighborhood had a variety of house styles which made it interesting and there was a small market two blocks away. The kitchen is updated but could be better stocked. Living area was comfortable. House is compact, but appropriately priced. There are some repairs that need to be done.

Cute stay
This was a cute house with more than enough room for a bigger family if needed. Would have been nice to have more towels. The lack of communication was a bit worrisome. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, Dirty House
This place was very dirty. There were very little dishes to use- wish we had known this as we would have packed accordingly. Other places Ive stayed at has provided this. The dishes were left dirty so we had to wash everything. We had to go buy new sponges as the sponges left for us were dirty/previously used. Under the beds were all dusty and garbage left. 1 rule was to use 1 garbage only but we were left with only 1 little garbage bag so we had to go buy more bags. We had a toddler with us so diapers took up 1 bag alone. The coffee table was broken and the lawn chairs provided had wires sticking out- very dangerous for adults and toddlers. Great location, however, very dirty place to stay in. No smoke detector/ CO2 monitor which is stated on the write up, however, this is illegal. Will be reported,

Spacious getaway!
This was a great little house - more than enough space for our family of 4. This house could comfortably sleep 9, though the ceilings on the lower floor might be too low for people over about 5'8-9". We loved the large common areas and back deck and yard. It was great to have a second bathroom for the kids. Kitchen supplies were fairly basic but there are many good places to eat within a short drive (or walk in good weather). The host was easy to reach with a minor problem getting into the house on check-in. Would recommend and stay again!
