"Large clean property. Well equipped and appointed. Dog friendly which is a huge bonus. Secure yard for them too. The garden looks a little tired but it is to expected for a dog friendly house. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay and we would definitely like to come back."

Just unfortunate for us with construction next door and noise from 6.30am until late each day due to decking being installed, but host was happy to provide us with options when we brought this to their attention. Thankyou for having us and sharing your amazing property with our family. "

"Was absolutely Awsome!!! House was great. Clean and suited our needs. Three families and it was just great. Beach out back was great for the kids and you didn’t have to lug gear for miles. Boys were disappointed with fishing but they had fun. Will definitely be back. Family Christmas in four years apparently ☺️"

"Our family (including a 5yo, 2yo and dog) stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The location was great as it was right on the beach, the house spacious and welcoming, the yard was perfect for both the kids and dog, and there was a wonderful back deck to relax on in the evening. We used the wi-fi and streaming options without any issues. I would definitely book there again. "

"As a family of seven adults, this property was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to places for a coffee or a great friendly dinner. Bedroom and bathroom space for everyone, together with a fabulous kitchen. The undercover bbq and 10-seater table was the perfect hang out spot for chatting, brunch or just gazing out across the water. Plenty of lounge spaces were used to either rest, read a book or play a game of cards, and of course the pool table was used at every moment....

"Great property for dogs with excellent high solid fencing on three sides, and pool-fencing on the back (did result in some barking at bush turkeys and people walking past on the access track). Very easy to get to the beach, however when the tide is low its not great for swimming and when the tide is high you can't walk along the beach. "1 out of 10 for communication before we got there and much difficulty firstly as staff were not aware that we could make up phone numbers for each person. Very poor communication as i made 8 unanswered phone calls in the days before we got there and we were told there would be someone at the property to let us in--no show. Had to seek out office and person in office gave us the wrong code for the key safe--we were locked out for 40 minutes till sorted. Very frustrating!"

"We loved the three-bedroom villa at the beach. The home has a beautiful deck at the back overlooking the back yard and wooded area. There is a pathway strait out to the beach. Plenty of recreational equipment is available for use. There are plenty of games for families. "

"I wanted a week away from Brisbane with the kids without the hussle & bustle of Noosa and other big centres on the Sunny Coast. In ‘Kokoma by the Beach’ at Toogoom I found exactly what we were looking for - a comfy beach seasider fully equipped, clean as a button and really comfy beds. A great spot for fishing and for the kids to play in the sand - all just a minute walk away. A lovely stay so thank you. "
