"The customer service was great. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had whatever we needed. The hotel was in a great location. We weren’t far from where we needed to be and where we wanted to go. And the room met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable. "

"Péssimo - as fotos sao totalmente diferentes, peguei um quarto em que o banheiro estava péssimo e o sofá cama em Terrível estado que nao tivemos coragem de sentar . O café simplesmente faltava tudo . E tudo que tinha que usar no quarto tinha que pedir . E ainda tem o trem que passa ao lado do hotel de madrugada businando, sem condições de dormir tranquilamente - Tomarei mais cuidado nas futuras avaliações. "

"The hotel is of sufficient quality and value. The service staff needs more training and leadership in providing better service and guest interaction. I witnessed house cleaning ignoring guests, walking around looking at their phones, earbuds in and generally very uninterested in the guests in the hotel. Twice I was even cut off by a staff member when entering elevators. Good hotel, clean rooms (though the ADA room wallpaper is peeling because of the open shower) but service needs work."

"Great location. We were in town for Fiesta, and the place was perfect to go to all the festivities. Walking distance to good food. The address was a little confusing, but all worked out in the long run. A little cramped for two people getting ready for formal events. Would be great for a TDY or place to stay for a while on business. Laundry facility was a bonus! "
