"Hotel hatte keine Klimaanlage. Habe bei der Buchung nicht darauf geachtet das dieses Hotel Klimaschonend gebaut wurde. Bei unserem Aufenthalt ( August 2024) war es im Zimmer schon sehr warm. Eine Herausforderung für uns nicht schlaflos durch die Nacht zu kommen. Trotz allem war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist ebenfalls reichlich und gut."

"A small and excellent hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. The tasty breakfast was served at your table. The dinners were also extremely good. Our room was quiet and well cleaned. There was also a very enjoyable relax area with three saunas (the hottest one 80-90 degrees). "

"Presque tout était parfait. Bravo. L'accès direct au magasin Intersport (où l'on peut louer les skis) était bien apprécier. Un seul problème était la porte en verre de la salle de bain de notre chambre. Il y avait une grande baignoire (ce qui était très sympa) mais car la porte était en verre transparent, l'usage de la baignoire était difficile (sauf pour les couples intimes!). Nous étions dans une grande chambre (pour les familles) avec un lit double et un grand lit canapé...."

"I highly recommend this hotel because staff are helpful and friendly. Early check-in is very possible because they have the best housekeeping team. While we are having our breakfast, our room was nicely cleaned up so that when we return after breakfast, our room smelled great with lavender scent. What not to be missed is their gourmet dinner at a very good price and absolutely delicious. They also have free spa facilities: sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath for hotel guests’ usage. "Hotel de alto padrão com bom custo/benefício. Oferece fácil acesso a estação de esqui e ao centro da cidade. Os serviços de quarto são satisfatórios e os recepcionistas são bastante atenciosos. O café da manhã oferece boa gama de opções. "

"Fair enough. Great location in the "middle" of one of the pedestrian streets running through town. But the rooms/corridors are extremely loud; you'll need earplugs to catch any sleep, especially the dumpster and delivery trucks as early as pre 6 a.m. are a complete disaster with respect to sleep. This, in combination, with rooms being fairly 80's style (which in itself is not a big problem), makes the place not defending the price tag it comes with."
