"The property and the staff were very accommodating, especially the front desk. It was sad to see worn carpets throughout the common areas and lack of fresh paint. The railing into the guest pool was loose and a hazard for getting in and out of the pool. The guest room was lacking a fresh vacuum and wipe down on the credenza. "The location and cleanliness was very good, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Only things we noticed were really little - lights all on one switch without the ability to dim, they all had to be on or off (except the bathroom) and the lack of plug ins. "Excelente o apartamento. Confortável, bonito, aconchegante, bem equipado. Tivemos dois problemas: a quantidade de pernilongos e o ar condicionado no andar superior não funcionou corretamente. Mesmo com tudo fechado, tivemos problemas para dormir por causa do zunido dos pernilongos e o calor. "

"Excellent location for skiing. 2 bedroom suite was large and well laid out. Only issue was the lack of a shower in the master bath? Not sure if that is common acroos the property or not. We enjoyed the restaurant and the communal hot tub. Ski storage was also very convenient."

"Bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness could have been better. Bathroom tub had a dirt ring and floor was gritty. Old dead Bugs under vanity. Old dead bugs under heater on floor boards. Was put in a room on main floor that was clearly previously occupied by someone with an animal. Was told all main floor rooms were pet friendly. We were moved to second floor with no issues. Front desk was very nice and friendly. "

"Everything about this stay was exceptional. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. My room was beautiful—clean, spacious, and with a fantastic view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I woke up feeling refreshed every morning."
