"Olhando as fotos achei que seria realmente um hotel incrivel, e mesmo custando acima do valor de outros hoteis, escolhi estar neste hotel. Porem me deparei com um quarto minusculo, sem espaço nem mesmo para colocar as roupas. Um guarda roupa velho, bem ruim, o quarto nao se parecia em nada com as fotos do que seria o quarto escolhido e pago. Tao pequeno, tao pequeno que nao sei expressar o que eu senti de desapontamento."

"It was very close to most places we wanted to visit. We like the convenience of filtered water and bags of ice on each floor. The only real issue was the amount of noise you could hear from outside even on the 4th floor. Maybe because of the age of the building. "

"We enjoyed the top floor and the amenities located there. The hotel was conveniently enough located to downtown Charleston but the neighborhood itself outside the hotel was a little rough. Really enjoyed the European feel to the hotel."

"The staff is incredibly sweet, making me feel safe and welcome. It may seem silly, but I'm grateful that you put salt down all over the hotel for the snow. The food is delicious, and the rooms are very cozy!"

"My mother in law and I loved the hotel. Excellent location to walk to experiences, shopping, points of interest, and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean and nicely done. The only issue was in the remodeled bathroom which was beautiful but the glass wall for the shower needs to be extended because water goes everywhere. We mentioned this to the front desk and were told they are working on this. Loved the fact we got breakfast, wine and cheese reception, hot chocolate and...

"Beautifully decorated and redone old historic hotel. The bar and tender were fantastic. Breakfast was like an English continental. Room was very small, bed was wonderful and bathrooms were done with such style and allure. Hotel is Small and quaint yet sophisticated. "

"Hotel muito bom, as camas são super confortáveis. Quarto limpo. O food afternoon é maravilhoso, com os vinhos, e frios oferecidos. O café da manhã era bom, só ficou um pouco prejudicado pela reforma que estava ocorrendo no lob, mas nada que prejudicasse."
