"We have stayed there the last two years. We love the location, and the outside setting. We plan on making it many more memories there"

"i have had the privilege to stay five Times Feels like home away from home my husband and I enjoy the peacefulness as well as meeting New neighbors that are renters From all around the world It is close enough to go to Key West for the day and come back before night time since I don’t like to drive Highway one at night I cook fresh fish and shrimp every night instead of going out to dinner We hope to return next year instead of staying at accommodations at the resort "

"The property was set in a tropical setting. Palm tree's and other tropical plant's surrounded the pool area. In the evening, overhead lighting enhanced the atmosphere. Also, the area was very private. When cleaning our boat, manatees came up on the side to get fresh water. What a thrill to have these gentle giants alongside the boat. Please remember to respect Florida law when engaging with these animals! The journey to the Ocean or the Gulf is enhanced by the spectacular homes along the canals...

"The property is right on a beach, although the beach is not great. Small and it was muddy and weedy when we were there, but it might have been due to the waves. The bungalow was clean and spacious. The only draw back is that the bathrooms are located upstairs and you have to climb circular stairs."

"The property was great, very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It was not crowded and extremely quiet (end of October). My only complaint is that I was planning to sit on the dock with my fishing rod and a bucket of shrimp. Unfortunately the dock directly in front of the property is closed off. Not much of a problem as a short walk gets you to a large section that was open and accessible. BTW - Brenda, the property manager, was GREAT!!!"

"Duck Key/Marathon has been our home away from home for over 30years now; This particular home suited our family of (4) well and included most of the amenities that we seek out for our comfort and convenience. Any issue that we were faced with, Mari did her best to accommodate us as best she could. "Overall -a perfect set up for a large extended family with a range of ages. Many outdoor activities on the property. The pool and hot tub are amazing . The house is huge with private corridors (bed and bath) for individual families to be near one another. Kitchen and dining perfect for our large crowd. Great Stay! But no Beach.

"Here are pros and cons. Pros: wonderful property!! Beautiful resort with fantastic rooms, all with a water view and a large veranda. Super comfy beds, super large bathroom with separate shower. All look new and well decorated! Cons: front desk attendants are not nice (BTW, something super common in Miami resorts as well). There's not a beach at the resort. For the pictures it looks like there is a small beach, but it’s in fact swampy water. So, everyone stays at one of the various pools spread in the property. "

"Utilizo a rede HAMPTON a mais de 20 anos e pela primeira vez nao foi satisfatória. Falta modernização e melhor controle, principalmente na limpeza e higiene. Os aparelhos de ar condicionados antigos, barulhentos e imundos....com uma luz olhei internamente as alhetas e fiquei bem decepcionado com o q vi internamente. Cafe da manha razoável, bem padrão continental. Localização EXCELENTE!!! Com as redes novas entrando no mercado exigirao mudancas....so aguardar"
