"Beautiful home; even nicer than photos. Great views from both floors (including from the very well-stocked kitchen). It's a short walk from the house to beach access and the cute cafés in town. Spacious deck that we enjoyed even on our winter visit. The hot tub was nice; the gazebo over the tub does a great job of protecting from wind/weather and is open on two sides (one with view of ocean); consider spraying the immovable panel facing the ocean for a clearer view through the pane as well. I would have liked led clearer instructions on how to get to the beach as we had to figure it out in our own since the path down is about 200 feet away. Easily walkable but you have to find it. Also the faucet in the kitchen kept breaking and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, we all slept well and enjoyed the board games!"

"Although I booked this beautiful 3 bedroom home for my husband and me, my adult daughter and her friend, it ended up that just my daughter and I were able to enjoy this beautiful home.The home is well-appointed, with everything one would need. Sarah, the property manager, was very communicative with me and we were able to have an early check-in and late check out. My only suggestion would be to have a basket of throw blankets in the living room during the cooler months, so one could snuggle up...

"Nice place, quaint... awesome view! No cell service and NO land line available! Getting into property was extremely difficult, code didn't work and had to drive ten miles to get service/help. Once fixed...rest of stay was wonderful!"

"The home was lovely and suited our family well. Lots of spaces to spread out with the three levels. I appreciated the updated decor and good kitchen amenities. One suggestion would be to have the heat turned up a bit before an arrival. It was chilly and we had coats on for lots of the first day!One complaint- and I’m not sure what anyone could do about it- There was a very pungent odor mostly near the entry and laundry room. It was VERY nasty and even woke us at night! We thought it was possibly...

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Lori, the owner, has been incredibly helpful all along. She allowed us to check in early, helped troubleshoot when I had accidentally put the wrong key in the lock box at checkout, and even offered to personally drop off a forgotten clothing item at my home (!). The house is super-cozy and has an extremely well-stocked kitchen, including a set of nicely sharpened chef's knives. We were greeted to a large gift basket in the fridge, thank you! "Walking into the house gave us a warm feeling. There was a lit Christmas tree and little bits of winter decorations sprinkled about the house. "This was our second trip to this location and both have been a great experience. We were able to work with the host and extend our stay within a few minutes of sending our request. Early check in was available and we received a text message before noon letting us know we could arrive anytime after 1pm. The view is amazing at this location. We will 100% be back. "

"This house is just perfect for two, especially if you're bringing dogs. The bed is very comfy, the house and kitchen are well-furnished, and the location is stunning. The stairs are quite steep, but as long as you know what to expect there, it's no big deal at all. This was our second time here, and we will be back again!Leah"
