You're also minutes from Tillamook's famous cheese factory, the scenic Cape Lookout State Park, and the sights of the Coast Range at Munson Creek State Park. Back in town, a humble selection of delicious eateries awaits you.

Great location incredible sunsets
This is a great cottage that is in need of some love and attention. The deck is perfect and offers excellent views of Pacific sunsets. Easy walk to the beach and the laundry facilities were great. The cottage itself needs some updated carpet, paint and decorations that would make it more cozy. Would suggest a glade plug in to eliminate musty smell and just a devoted weekend of a spruce up inside and out. It should be noted there is no hairdryer. Great location, beautiful views, kitchen is well appointed.

Weekend stay
We had an excellent stay! Great location market within short walking distance, beach access right out the door. Cozy little beach cabin, will definitely stay here again. Management had excellent communication. Even though we did not need anything, they let us know they were available anytime if we did!

Odd smell
The view of the ocean from the cabin windows is magnificent! And there is a path to the ocean just outside the door. The cabin, however, is quite shabby inside - dirty carpets, a lamp didn't work. It had a fishy smell or pet odor- we weren't sure. We had to go buy a few candles which improved the smell 100%. Also, the TV may be on it's last leg. It would work for awhile and then freeze. But comfortable beds, hot shower.

Great spot, wonderful views, clean place. My only concern was the sheer amount of deodorizer scent used. We put it outside and the house was ok after a few hours of sitting open. But, o would start again, just would request the scent not to be used. Thanks

Not even adequate
Dingy little place. Sign asked us to remove shoes but carpet was so dirty we didn't want to walk in it without shoes. Several lightbulbs out, shade missing on ceiling fixture and one lamp. Carpet was stained. Lots of paint chipped off the walls, windows were dirty, recliner didn't work. Sleeps six but not enough dishes for a couple people so we went to some thrift stores and found free dishes to add to the eclectic collection as well as dish towels. Bedroom on ocean side did not have a working lock And was accessible from the deck so we used a pair of tongs in the track so no one could get in the window when we were gone. Sliding door lock does not work either. Laundry was available but only enough soap for three loads and they wanted us to do the sheets. Couch was rock hard. We ended up pulling a deck chair in to sit inside to watch the sunset. Small appliances were really cheap dirty thrift store quality that they didn't clean before putting on the property. Microwave was extremely dirty with grease splattered all over the inside. We had to clean it before we used it. Old Teflon scratched pans. Not enough silverware for 6 people. It is "beach side" but a hell of a walk down and really steep coming back up so elderly mother couldn't make the trek. Views were amazing but that is where the five star rating stops. The photo was taken to indicate it was right on the beach. It is not. Will not stay at any Vacasa properties again. Read all the reviews. Not many good ones.

Really quaint
Great view and an original cabin from yesteryear! Cute as a bug and perfect for four adults at most as only one bathroom. I had family with baby and it was perfect as quiet!

Fantastic views
The place has fantastic views. Although it claims that pets are not allowed, my family’s allergies were triggered staying here so I will not recommend this place for those that has allergies to pet dander. Otherwise, the view and the price is good.

Nice place, Lots of small issues to overlook
Initially I took "before" pictures to record damaged paint and other small issues. Also found the bed has a dip down the middle, the TV cable didn't work, remotes needed batteries, A motel contractor parked a large Uhaul and made getting in & out of the property rather difficult. etc. Pushing all that aside, we enjoyed the location & view and made the best of our vacation. Not sure I'd rent this again.

What a view!
Great property, amazing view. The place is a little dated, but the beds were comfortable and the house was clean. TV needs to be replace as it was very hard to get it to show picture. Required turning on and off a couple times for it to register. If you are looking for affordable beach front unobstructed views, this is it. Bring crab snares, bucket and clam rake for some tasty fun!

Pictures Not current!
Asked if pictures were current was told they were. NOT, numerous wear and tier, missing light shade, washer leaked, recliner did not work. Took pictures of all damage and forwarded to contact. Sliding door to porch leaked during a lite rain. Heater in bathroom did not work. Was told sorry. No one appears to be doing general repairs?

Great property location, but many things need to be fixed, painted, blinds issues, front steps hazard, cleaned up. Kitchen was sparse (utensils, dishes, so on). All else was good. 👍🏻

Can't beat the view!
Amazing view and location. Public beach access is conveniently located right near the house. Sweet grocery store one block away that also sells souvenirs and Indian food. The house itself is modest but gets the job done.

Beautiful view , fantabulous location.
The shower is great, the view fantastic, the property managers quick to answer questions. If you want to relax and hear the waves, be surrounded by wild blackberries and wild roses this is the place for you. If you need every corner to be perfect and new you won't love it as we did.

The view and location was great. The place itself could use a a little TLC. Some new pillows would be great since most pillow cases contained two old and dingy pillows pressed together. Unfortunately there were a ton of tiny ants that got into everything, including the bed, making it a bit uncomfortable to relax at night. There was evidence of ant bate throughout the house so its obvious that the owners are trying to remedy that issue. Overall we enjoyed the stay and being so close to the water.

Love it, relaxing.
We stayed here (again) just after New Year 2021 for a relaxing safe and quiet getaway. Clean and cozy, with beautiful sunset views. We noticed a couple things that could use attention. After a very rainy blustery night the closed secured bedroom window leaked leaving the carpet very wet. A couple things in the kitchen could be remedied. The knives are very dull for food prep and there are no potholders. A hair dryer would be a nice amenity. Overall, it was 5 star and the price is very reasonable! The nearby walking distance market has lots of items to choose from including fresh garlic and ginger for cooking! We love Netarts and we recommend this place.

Disappointed
The half bath is an open toilet squezed in between the washer and laundry sink with a view of paint cans..chairs..and other stuff. 2. One bed was a full mattress on a queen base. Not a queen. 3. There were broken blinds.4. The screen didn't slide on the sliding door. 5. The slider did not lock. 6. Carpet was in need of shampooing. 7. It needed painting. 8. Needed bedside lamps in the bedrooms. 9. The extra sheets were damp and needed further drying.

Crab Shack
Pros: it was the perfect lil spot to chill and watch the ocean and all its beauty. House wasn’t fancy which is great for us. We want to relax on vacation and that’s what we did. House had pretty much everything you’d need in the kitchen. Washer and dryer worked great. Cons: It wasn’t that the crab shack wasn’t clean, but rather old and in need of major repair. The baseboards in the bathroom definitely have mildew/mold on them and spraying them with bleach isn’t correcting the problem. They are discolored and pulling off the wall. Ants crawl out from under the tub when you turn the shower on. We bought a fan to place in the window and help pull the mildew smell out of the house. We also purchased some deodorizer sprays and kept the house open as much as possible. Still enjoyed our stay. I hope that the owners take some time and take care of the issues mentioned.
