"It was very nice and clean. Two issues. The shower curtain smelled like an old wet towel which made the rest of the unit smell. The seams between the bedroom carpet and the kitchen floor aren’t laid down properly. Our 2 years olds foot as well as our was poked by staples or something that points up. It would be good for the owner to check on the installation. "

The location was great as downtown was a 5 min walk away and less than 20 min drive to downtown Eau Claire. "We do our annual girls' weekend here and love having the variety of places to sit and gab. We cook some in the fire pit and like to lounge on the patio furniture.
