Appartamento Stella Theater Home - with big terrace and partially lake view

The apartment "Stella" is located in the hamlet of Aer (Tignale), in a central position and with a beautiful view of the historic center with the small church of San Bernardo and partial view of the lake and Monte Baldo, only about 7 km away. from Lake Garda. It is part of a charming farmhouse, renovated trying not to take away that taste of real life, typical of the houses in the historic center. Furnished with a refinement of details in a contemporary style that creates a warm but modern atmosphere. It has every comfort to make your holiday easier and allows you to relax immersed in the typical life of the locals. At approx. 700 m is the center of Gardola, reachable on foot, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops, etc.

The apartment is a three-room apartment of approx. 100 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. It has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, terrace with table and deck chairs on the first floor; two double bedrooms with balcony and large bathroom with shower on the second floor.
Comforts include a kitchen (4 induction burners), oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee machine. In the apartment there are also wifi, heating and air conditioning. For the car there is a municipal car park a few meters away.

Oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.
Sport and health: outdoor pool in 2 km away, tennis court 300 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
