"Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Durch die günstige Lage, sind diverse Aktivitäten möglich. Auch den Pool haben wir oft genutzt."

"We were two couples and loved that it has two bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Grocery stores are close as well as the Grand Piazza. We were lucky to be there for the outdoor music festival called Moon and Stars. Great food, and people. Not alot of English speaking people, but our phone translator worked great. We fell in love with Locarno and this condo."

"Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage über dem See. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Pool war sauber, das Wasser sehr erfrischend. Leider scheint die Sonne im Herbst sehr Spät auf den Balkon, ein kleiner Nachteil dieser Seeseite."

"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. "Wir habe 5 sehr schöne Tage in Ascona verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, es fehlt an nichts, das Schwimmbad ist ein Highlight! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Allerding hätten wir ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: Hilfreich wäre eine kleine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher, wir haben es nach dem Prinzip "try and error" schlussendlich geschafft...Die Nachttischlampe sollte ersetzt werden, das kein Lampenschirm vorhanden und die nackte Glühbirne nicht sehr charmant ist. Auch die Spiegelleuchte...

"Good communication with Christian @ happy home rentals, a large apartment, a 2 seater couch was a shame but ok. we missed ventilators / airco so with 30+ degrees was very uncomfortable in the evenings. Kitchen with fridge / freezer was great. Coffee machine was also good. Beds were comfy and plenty of space for all luggage 👍"

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, in der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt: vom Topf bis zum Streichholz für die vorhandene Kerze. Die Aussicht war ebenfalls wunderschön und der Pool ist bei solch hohen Temperaturen, wie wir sie hatten, perfekt zum Abkühlen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, um das gesamte Locarner Umland kennenzulernen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die angrenzenden Täler und Städte unternommen und sind viel gewandert. Natur und Landschaft sind wunderschön und...

"Unser Aufenthalt war einfach nur schön. Das Studio, hat alles was man braucht. Super Ausstattung, bequeme Matratzen und sehr sauber. Wir haben solche schönen Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht. Absolutes Highlight, natürlich der Blick & der Pool. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, war immer zuverlässig und unkompliziert.Sehr freundliche Menschen!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.:-)"

"The penthouse terrace makes this place. The view is stunning, Lago Maggiore simply beautiful. We had a great time at Residenza Vivian. Locarno Center was just a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything needed and communication with the host was seamless. We really enjoyed our time. Thank you."
