It has a keyless independent entry.
The ground floor living room + Dining area is fitted with an AC and 12-seater dining table.
The First floor has two living rooms & two Dining areas which are equipped with AC
It has 8 and 4 seater dining tables.
All the seven bedrooms are fitted with AC.
5 bed rooms have attached toilets. The other two bedrooms have a shared toilet.
Lot of parking spaces are available.
A cable connection is provided.
Internet is available 24/7.
All 3 living rooms have very good sofa sets.

My caretaker Mr. Babu +91 73568 34439 shall do all the needful. He is available 24/7 and can assist you to get groceries/food or cleaning etc. His charges are INR 50.00 per hour and shall be directly paid to him on daily basis.

We charge per the number of occupants.
If number of occupants is more than 16, extra payment per person per night should be paid after confirming the booking.
If you are coming with a driver, he can sleep free in the utility area and can use the caretakers washroom.
This is not a serviced apartment, so cleaning and change of bed sheets etc, will not be there.
We provide extra pillow cover, bed sheet, big towel and small towel for reservations made for 7 or more days. If you have reservations for long stay, please wash and reuse.
Welcome kit (soap, shampoo, tooth paste, etc.) is provided once.
