"Love stay as usual. Want happy about the bar area. One of the female members of staff was very rude to my wife we she wasn’t with me. The night ended it tears. It was completely uncalled for. Toilet in the room had mild around the rim made me feel a bit sick while in the bath trying to relax. Nice cub. Let down by the staff at the bar as and we’re only in there for 5 minutes getting a jug of water and ice as the room was rather warm"

"This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)"

Basic things like towel rail & toilet roll holder missing from room Jacuzzi had problem with chlorine way too high but not taken out of service... dangerous Food was excellent but restaurant service in the evening very slow. Staff pleasant but needed some training in how to wait on tables correctly"

"Delightful young lady on reception in the afternoon Made us welcome. Explained how to find lift, and where to find the restaurant. Booked us a taxi for our evening out. She was still on duty when we returned that night, and at breakfast next day. Still friendly and cheerful. Friendly staff on duty in the restaurant at breakfast. "

"We were looking for a quiet, comfortable spot for a few days to unwind. The Dales fit the bill perfectly. The location is such that whilst the hotel is in the heart of the countryside, it is also close to many Norfolk attractions and holiday spots. The staff were professional, attentive and personable. For us, there was everything to like about this hotel."

"Perfect venue for my needs. Was very busy .. they had a couple of weddings there the day I stayed I think, so was a bit noisy until beyond midnight, but room was comfort had everything I needed. The place is a bit of a warren but that’s more about its age and character. Great breakfast."

"Firstly the staff werent aware of the reply to the email you sent. It looked really tired inside and out. The carpets were worn or stained. The bar carpet was rucked up. We ordered coffees and got called to the bar to collect them, whereas normally they would be brought to the table. My wife asked for vegan sausage and a runny egg, as all the eggs brought out were firm. The sausages were under cooked and the egg again was firm. We were very disapointed. Apart from being charged more per night...

"Was a good stay. Was cheap pricing, which was excellent. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable, didn’t like that it had a shared bathroom and there were no cooked breakfast options, just quick ones, that’s a shame on those points. The kettle in the room didn’t look like it had been fully cleaned on the inside, and a quick wipe and sprinkle, but otherwise it was okay. Overall, it was still a decent place to stay. "
