"We checked in late but were welcomed by a very helpful nice fella. Our room was excellent as was the parking and facilities, however.....in the morning we were a little late leaving our room, the cleaner was yelling through the door to "hurry up"..repeating this several times. When we excited here she was directly opposite our door, leaning up against the wall with her arms crossed giving a feral look. Most unpleasant check out ive EVER had . "

"First time That I stayed Was amazing! I Had one week in one cottage! Beautiful, clean, all home appliances! I like to cook! But my last time Was terrible! After 20 Days traveling around South Island, i returned tô this hotel in Nelson to stay one night and they gave us one cottage where the carpet smells so bad, humid and wet! The hotel was full and we needed to stay there! Take care and check your room asap! "

"What a wonderful property! We rented the one bedroom “hut” with a private bath. The little hut was adorable, very clean and nicely outfitted. The grounds were amazing, with a well stocked shared kitchen, cute little living area, washing machine and open air drying area and lots of rabbits too! Fellow residents were a wonderful bunch and we enjoyed meeting everyone. You can also rent ebikes on site and they gave us an amazing discount on really high quality bikes. There is a trail system...

"Disappointed as I had thought I’d booked a nice night away with my husband… turned out it is an emergency accommodation provider . I’m not a snob and don’t judge people but they should have disclosed this when booking At 300/night I was expecting something nice and romantic … there were kids and families everywhere. I would suggest they include this in their booking information."
