"We have family about 20 minutes away. This was a great location for us. The house had everything we needed. This was a great surprise. We loved the house, it worked out great for my family of 3. The house looked exactly like the pictures. Hope to stay there again next year when we come back."

"The overall stay was great. The house was very clean and close to the trail system so we were able to ride sxs during the day and enough room we could all hang out at night. I do think it’s important to note the bedroom situation isn’t as described. This is listed as 6 bedrooms, which I did ask about before arrival and was told it’s 4 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms are divided by a wall; therefore creating 4 spaces. I was told upstairs had 1 king, 3 Queens, and a full over twin bunk. In reality...

"Beautiful place. New big deck was awesome. We sat outside on both decks. Had a nice fire. Bar restaurant up the road was great. Waitress told us about a lake 30min out. By fair amazing place. Bring a cooler and grill you will love it. Wazee Lake is a must go. Loved that they had dvd for us to play. Kids loved the old 80 90 movies. Only thing cd for music. You get no phone or wifi. It was fine for us as we loved that it was just Family time. This is a amazing Hidden Treasure. We will be back to...

"Had a wonderful weekend getaway. Everything posted was accurate to detail. Shed onsite with 2 kayaks and paddleboard. Great amenity. Too hot and windy for campfire but wood was onsite as well. Think we will definitely try and plan another trip."

"Although it was rained 2 of the 3 days we were there, this was still a great stay for my son and I ! We also brought our dogs and we had plenty of space for them as well. The owner stopped by to put a hot tub in, so that's an added bonus for anyone staying after us. The owner was great to visit with, and the property manager was quick to reply when we messaged him. "My family and I loved the cabin. It was secluded, but not too far from restaurants, etc. We ate our meals on the screened porch. That was a real treat. No mosquitos!The cabin was well stocked with dishes, linens, and extra blankets as well as an extra table for cards and games. The dock was in excellent shape. We appreciated all of the effort put into making our stay comfortable."

"We had a great time staying at Turner’s Retreat. The host was great. He is communicative, accommodating and generous-we were included in the July 4th festivities, live band, raffle, firework show, and got to spend time on their pontoon. "Our family absolutely loved this house and especially enjoyed the water and all of the extra toys included! There were 12 of us ranging in age from 5-67, and there was more than enough space for all. The house is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. We loved that we could sit in the lawn chairs and keep an eye on the kids while they were swimming, and the garage served as a wonderful game room to occupy the kids in the evenings. We would definitely rent here again!"
