"This is the must pick hotel for Kelowna! Firstly, the hotel location is right next to all the essentials (historic downtown, highways and beaches ) and easy to find for tourists. Parking is accessible and street parking is available. Secondly, the staff are very kind and available whenever needed. Thirdly, the hotel room was absolutely beautiful. Everything was very clean, ready to use and no complaints! They were happy to provide new towels daily. Housekeeping seen often around the rooms....

"The room was unbelievable! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the lack of signage to get to the hotel but that was a minor problem. The food at the restaurant was very good and a large portion as well."
