"This place is exactly as described! It’s very cozy and comfortable. Kristen our host could not have been nicer. Her decorating, special notes on how to operate everything, the snacks and extra toiletries were all great. Kristen would check in to see how everything was going and if we needed anything there was no waiting for it. We would highly recommend staying here. "My sister and I came to New Haven for the Cherry blossom Festival. I was presenting as I'm a wildlife educator specializing in birds of prey. My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. "Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!"

"The overall stay was fine once we got in and cooled he place. Beds and linens were nice, it was clean, and we slept well. The check-in was challenging in a few ways. The initial entrance to the building had side by side driveways with another set of apartments, with the chosen lane on the left, and that could've been shared up front. Then the building did not have an elevator and dragging suitcases up the stairs was unexpected. Upon entering, there was no AC on, but we got them on and...
