Hotéis de luxo em Thibodaux

"I stayed at this hotel because I arrived very late at the New Orleans airport and decided to stay there for just one night, so that I could arrive at my destination and the conference I was attending during the day. I paid the rate and they asked me to pay for a security deposit, saying that the amount would be refunded shortly after. I made all the payments but the amount was never refunded. When I contacted the hotel, they said that the card was blocked for this type of procedure and that they could not refund the amount. What surprises me is that my bank says that there are no restrictions on my card and that the hotel I stayed at later refunded the deposit amount normally. I don´t feel confortable with this situation. I´ve sent them some emails and there is no answer or any solution for this. "
