"Great house and responsive owner"

"This house is exactly what we were looking for!! When we had down time from exploring there was always something for everybody to do. Game room was well stocked and mostly all of the games actually had all of the pieces to them! Ping pong table was great for the kids and the pool table was great for the adults! And then on top of all of that there was the pool!! The pool was clean, warm and the host provided floats and noodles. The host was great communicating with us and we definitely recommend...

"The Mansion Home is exceptional - from the privacy, the beautiful surroundings, the birch trees and the layout of the home - I have nothing but great things to say about this rental - we felt like we were home - we celebrated our 25th Anniversary with our children and had the best time. "Our friends and family were in heaven staying at this gorgeous house! Everything was brand new and in pristine condition. The view and the deck were breathtaking. The hot tub and fire pit were another reason we loved this house. Close to the mountain but felt so secluded and private. We can’t wait to return! We had difficulty finding it because the actual road it’s on is brand new but the owner immediately sent us a gps location and helped us. The only thing we wished it had was a propane grill...

"We had a group of guys staying on the property and we had a ton of fun. There's a great backyard for lawn games, a hot tub, a grill and there was space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Sunday River is an awesome area!"

The house was spacious and comfortable- Great for a fun family gathering and a get away with a big front yard and a nice siting area for a barbecue or a fun s’mores night with the kids. "This house was perfect for a two night Brothers weekend. The house lived up to the pictures and it’s in a beautiful spot. House was clean. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but there was a sulfur smell while taking a shower. It could probably use a better water filtering/softening system."

"The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing...

"The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean and bright. The host was great and she even left me a voicemail( we were out on the pond) about the pond some ways to go on the kayaks. 2 towns are close for shopping/groceries and gas. And there are so many hiking trails nearby. "

Tv's in every room, Great internet that actually work very well with no issues! The Kitchen was very well equipped. We needed nothing as far as cooking utensils and appliances! I ordered wood and propane for delivery. They deliveries when with in 1.5 hrs of ordering and the prices where the same prices on...
