"This review is based on multiple considerations. Our niece was getting married in Traverse City MI region. Our group consists of 10 people, a combination of couples and single adults. We spent significant time looking at options that would accommodate our number plus the mix of individuals. We found a nice, wooded Chalet VRBO that met our needs. We reserved it and paid our fees a month before the wedding We were over halfway in our drive to the VRBO when I received a phone call from the Chalet...

"Nice secluded location close to downtown Bellaire. A little rugged around the edges but overall great place. "

"Beautiful home, beds/furniture were very cozy, kitchen was decently stocked with basic cooking needs. Also really enjoyed the layout of the home. The walk to the beach was across a busy road, so water access isn’t necessarily right off the property but still easy to get to. I’d say overall a great place to rent - great location!"

"This property was beautiful! So relaxing, and quiet. The chalet had everything we needed. We saw several deer while walking the trails. Carole was so nice, and helpful. She checked in with us the next day, just to make sure everything was okay. "

"When we arrived one bathroom had no toilet paper so we only had 2 rolls. The kitchen needs all new cooking pans. With family of 7 it was hard cook with 1 very old and small skillet and only 1 large pot. So kitchen needs completely updated with cookware."

"The property was wonderful! However countertop space was very limited in space. Luckily we brought a folding table and set it up in front of the sliding doors by the kitchen and that worked great! At first we were afraid of the stairs with the younger ones, BUT became accustomed very shortly after being there. All in all, a great place to stay! Even one of the little ones wanted to know if we were coming back next year!"

"We have been renting vrbo’s for many years. We have always had great experiences. This one was not so great. We were very disappointed with the water pressure issue. We had no water pressure. When they reached out to me they told me there has been issues. But we were never told that. We were told they had new plumbing in and to run all the faucets for 30 minutes. They said they had been having these issues. But we were never informed about it. So none of us were able to shower the entire...
