"Great place to escape with the family dog"

"House was perfect, very close to the beach and shops. Walking distance to everything. Great Host. Nice and Easy. A++"

"We had a great stay here. Fantastic location to nearby hotspots whitianga, hahei, hot water beach. Host Tracey is super helpful and responsive. Home is very well equipped (bring own bath towels and toiletries) with peaceful surroundings. "

"Such fantastic communication with host who went out of her way to provide a great stay. Simple gestures of baskets of shampoos etc and coffee pods. House had everything we needed and nice to be allowed dog with us."

"We stayed for a long but rainy and coldish weekend and tried to get the only possible heat source in the house going (a wood burner in the living room)... For that, we had to buy matches and fire starters because none of that was in the house. But even after that, we didn't succeed (likely because of a blocked chimney). We called bachcare who promised to inform the property manager but neither of them ever called back. There were was also no shower gel or shampoo and the bathroom door...
