"Yes the location was close and the owner let me check in around 1 pm but the property was definitely not like the pictures. The couches outside were dirty, looked like they have not been cleaned in months. Microwave was cracked and had trouble starting it at first. Blankets/linen were not washed. The bed is LOUD. The owner needs to get rid of the bed ASAP. You can’t even move on it without it making noise. Bathtub creaks as well… make sure you bring your own towels and washcloths bc they are not...

"The best way to describe this room is that it's nice enough to enjoy your time there but not so nice that you want to stay there instead of going out. Which for us, was perfect. The good: Access to the casino and all the restraunts was really nice. The lobby has a QR code for hailing a taxi that came in handy. "Our group of friends doing a few nights in Vegas really enjoyed out stay here. The place was clean and spacious and well stocked, and use of the heated pool was a bonus. 20 mins cab to the airport and 10 to the Strip. Could also just walk across the road to the Rio and Golden Nugget. Lots of food and basic grocery options nearby. Nicholas was quick to answer any questions we had. Would happily come back. "

"We were a group of 6 adults staying here. We loved the location as it was a short taxi/Uber ride to the strip/ airport & to Fremont. All 3 rooms had comfortable bedding and the kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of space and the pools were a great bonus for us (temp was 90 during our stay). Our host, Nicholas, was great and very accommodating. We had zero issues and would highly recommend his condo for any length of stay!"

"I usually like to stay on the strip but decided to learn more about the city outside of new and old Vegas. I couldn't have picked a better place. It was close enough to the strip for the events I attended, but the neighborhood I stayed in was quiet, gated, and friendly. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities needed to feel like home. "Would not recommend. Was not cleaned properly. Arrived and floor was dirty and grimy. They had to send cleaning crew back. Even tho it was documented to be cleaned. Pretzels in the couch. Dusty vents and walls. Floor under beds had dust and dust hair balls. Bathrooms had grime and mold. Coffee pot was broke but they did replace very quickly. "Great location. Just off the strip. Property is definitely aging, but was in good shape. Some minor issues with the unit itself. There were towel hooks missing in bathroom, jacuzzi tub did not work. Could have been cleaner. The curtains at the balcony were extremely filthy. Other than that it was a good stay. You get what you pay for , which is fine by me. Host was very responsive. I would recommend to others. "
