"We stayed here for 3 nights for a youth sporting activity at Ga Tech. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of seating both in the kitchen and in the living room for all guests. The only complaint was since it rained a lot while we were there, the crepe myrtles on the driveway were sagging over the driveway and we had to drive through them. Overall though it was a great stay!"

"Pretty loft space, very spacious and clean. The check in process is clunky. My only complaint was that the thermostat was set to automatically go back to 60 degrees after 2 hrs and so the loft was feeezing when I got back from work each day. Then I had to keep turning the heat up all night. I asked how to adjust it and they told me to take the cover off and use a paperclip to manually reset it….well it was already 9 pm and I didn’t have a paperclip. Also the hot water ran out of the shower both...

"This location was just as advertised and I have never checked into a cleaner rental! Great space and convenient to downtown Georgia and Atlanta Braves games! Pool is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing this space - when we return to Atlanta, we will definitely use this rental again!"

"Came into town for long weekend to move our daughter into GT. Great communication, apt was super clean, fully stocked, looked like it was recently updated, safe area (Hunnicutt St) and secure (keypad access for 1st floor unit), couldn’t be more convenient to GT and aquarium (just few blocks from each), plenty of street parking or optional resident parking behind the unit that we didn’t use. Apartment layout was slightly different than pics (same furniture though) but worked out perfect for us....

"We stayed at this property during our anniversary road trip. The layout of the room inspired us to redesign our bedroom suite to mimic this beautiful, functional design. We enjoyed the great location, as it was minutes from everything! The property is well-kept and the entire trip was restful."

"Very nice room. A quiant outside deck with a nice view. Great space for a couple. Lovely shower. Thr only complaint isThere was a drinking glass of cigarette butts on the deck. Which would account for there only being one drinking glass & one champagne glass in the cabinet. None of your pots or pans have covers. But overall we truly enjoyed our stay."

"Check-in/out was easy. Communication was great with the host—I needed extra washcloths, and they delivered them quickly. They also assisted us in getting an extra parking spot for one night. The building is going through a renovation and is older. It is not a hotel. Since I always stay in hotels on my business trips, this was a nice break to stay several days in a condo. The apartment was clean and neat. "
