" 0 stars is more accurate. The property is at Trace Midtown however, “Global Luxury Suites” advertising on Expedia rents out several units from Trace. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. If you call GLS no one answers. Checking in took 3 hours and no one knew how to do anything since they don’t work for GLS. When we got to our unit it was not even...

"The apartment is industrial chic design just as pictures show. Much detail was given to make one feel as though you are in a very luxurious hotel, with extra items in the bath and plenty of coffee in the kitchen! The apartment was spotless as well. You are provided with a key fob/pass for entry to parking as well as the building, and a code for apartment entry. Both Jordan and Shante responded immediately to any requests and are definitely on top of their game. I would definitely stay here...

"The most notable thing about the place is the lack of cleanliness,. There was human hair in the refrigerator, in the freezer on the ice, and throughout the master bedroom. there were power issues where if you use certain lights, it tripped a circuit breaker over and over.. also the sliding door to the master bedroom was broken. I communicated this with the owner while I was there, but nothing was done, no further cleaning, no type of accommodation was offered, my guest wound up staying at...
