"Two blocks from a rocky beach (good for a swim, with water shoes) and stunning views. Quiet neighborhood close to trail along the lake. House has everything you need in the kitchen, a nice deck, and was super clean when we arrived. Note that if you want to use the hot tub, there is an extra charge (to cover cleaning, which seems reasonable), and owners will unlock it. Plenty of room for two couples (and there is a bunk room too!). "

"This property was an easy walk to Te Anua Town Center. Lots of space available in this home and so good to have a washer and dryer and a sturdy drying rack. Ample towels and bedding. The beds were a bit hard for our tastes and the sofa a bit lumpy and difficult to get up from. Adding a larger mirror in the bathroom would be helpful or even a full length one somewhere in the house would be nice. Nice safe, secure, quiet location with ample windows and good shades for light control.wo"

"Lovely stay in this clean and very well appointed unit. Laundy is a bonus. Wonderful area close to Tea Anu . Church cafe 2 doors down was awesome. Owner was fantastic in reaponding to questions"

"Our family of four had a fantastic stay at Welcome Home Cottage. It is in a nice and quiet location and the house is great. Very cosy (can imagine it is great in winter!) with everything, and more, that you need. A short walk to the lake and the shopping area (café, restaurant/bar, takeways, a very interesting second hand shop, and the wee bookshop.We picked up groceries in Te Anau on the way. "What a great stay in Te Anau. Lovely bedrooms and beds. We made use of the fenced yard, patio and grill area. We played games that were provided and the living room was large and homey. A delightful stay. The host was very accessible and communication was easy. I would love to stay here again. "

"This place is small but provides all that you need including a lovely sunny deck. It's a short walk to shops and hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay, Thanks!"

"This place is very minimalist. It had enough room for all of us with 3 bedrooms and a sleep out. The sleep out was half the garage and had an ensuite. It was sufficient but small. Not really enough plates for the amount of people that can stay. The glasses were in need of a bit of cleaning as well. It needs a little attention. "
