"Booked a double room, but hotel cocked up and gave us a double. When I went down to complain they said they had no other twins left so would ring around the other hotels, which at 11.30pm was not what we wanted, so - as was with my 17 year old son rather than a work colleague - we stuck with double room. "Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company."

"Plenty of parking, the room was clean and the welcome friendly.The downside was the restaurant was closed when arrived so the alternative was to go out again. We didn't bother, it might have been better to have had some notice of this and we could made other arrangements it didn't spoil matters."
