"Adoramos nossa estadia! Foram três dias muito bons. O quarto era excelente, o atendimento melhor ainda. O buffet, bar e restaurante eram ótimos. Tudo muito limpo e organizado no hotel. Super indico e voltaria com certeza."
"From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing , we checked in early as going to a festival. Amazing staff , good quality room as they always are. Came back in evening had a drink in the bar, friendly staff and great service, breakfast the next morning was really nice , all fresher cooked and great selection "
"Very nice hotel, spacious and very comfortable. We chose it for its proximity to the Hippodrome theatre but would happily visit again to spend more time exploring Bristol.
Added benefit was the Miller and Carter on site restaurant.

"We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol.
We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening.
The communal area is great for socialising with the other guests as well.

"Ok… a last few ideas..either we go back to Cardiff (a grand city) or we prolong our stay for more than 1 day. So we prolonged, & what a grand choice.. in Clifton, Bristol..beautiful residence, "
"Receptionist was very welcoming,polite,professional and helpful.
Room was clean and spacious.
Great outside area and the sound of the water feature was very soothing.

"Beautiful, well furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries in bathroom. Very luxe! Great to have Nespresso Machine with pods too. So many great dining options nearby. Cool to hear students practising in the Uni Music School Building opposite the apartment. "
"Staff were all lovely. Room comfortable, breakfast fresh with good choice.
Location was brilliant with easy walk into city centre and a bus stop right outside to get to Clifton which was well worth the trip.
