"Hotel St. James was a great find, clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location just steps from Times Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had a nice vintage charm. It’s a simple, but perfect if you want a safe, affordable place in the heart of NYC. I’d definitely stay again!"
"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was incredibly nice. The ice machine was out but they gave us a bucket of ice directly to our room. Be careful for them not to charge the resort fees twice as this is what happened to me and I had to bring it to an employees attention for it to get resolved.
