"Nice place, we stayed for five days and had to ask for coffee each day. Clean towels were only given out once. The hot tub by the main pool heater did not work at all and was cold the entire time. "

"We stayed for four nights - no service for towel replacement or trash removal. The staff were friendly and accommodating with room selection and transportation assistance. Your location with proximity to Mayo is superb and the shuttle service provided made accessing appointments easy especially with the link to the other campus. "The light rail is right out front or it’s within walking distance to downtown Mesa. East parking. Comfortable room. My only complaint is it needs better sound proofing. Can hear the person next door talking."

"I made this 'Reservation', in August, 2024.. asking for the 'Top Floor'.. your 'check - in Clerk gave me the 6th Floor!?!?!????. Why?? "Orange Skye", is wonderful.. your 'Staff', at the Front Desk, highly questionable.."

"Had a great 2 night stay at this property. As a family of young kids, we appreciated the spacious villa with washer and dryer and the many pool options to keep our kids occupied. The restaurant on site was an added bonus - the evening we were there, the restaurant seemed short of front of house staff but the gentleman who was there was very kind and he was working so hard to make sure we were all taken care of. Great property and great stay! "
