"Beautiful property, fabulous decoration in the best location in Wilmington - you can walk everywhere. It didn’t bother me, but I think there are 2 things that should be more clear before reservation: 1) there’s no elevator (which is obvious considering this is a house from the 1800’s). "it just needs a little updating, the kitchen drawer was broke, it was clean, all of the soap dispensers were empty. it was very spacious, loved the layout, I asked for a late checkout and they gave it to me. when I checked in the door code did not work, I saw an employee and he helped me then they messaged with a new code. staff and cleanliness were great, just really needs updated. "
