We came in from out of state to visit family and needed a place where we could congregate. This property had 4 beautiful bedrooms and a large living area for hanging out. "Great location and house! Right on the water with a dock for your boat, with a boat launch down the street. Lots of beds and the game room is awesome. Keep in mind there is no AC, so it gets really hot at night. They have 4 box fans but you may want to bring one from home. No dishwasher but they have everything you need, but I would bring disposable supplies. The host was great and very responsive. Definitely recommend this place! We stayed over the Fourth of July and the location was perfect....

"We came to celebrate life with family and friends. All mature ladies who love to laugh. 3 participated in the NH half marathon, 2 participated in the 10k, and 3 scoured the surrounding area to provide Red Velvet cupcakes to the runners at the end. The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our time together. It was conveniently located to allow us to explore and enjoy the beautiful area as the leaves changed. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen....

"We loved this house! It has plenty of space to hang out together and lots of little spots to get away if you want. The kitchen is beautiful and has a deck off it with a beautiful view. You can see the water from there. The hot tub was great and it’s in a nice private spot behind the house. We used the fire pit a couple of times. Also a great experience. We kayaked across the street. There’s a rail trail also across the street and bikes. I was able to bike for miles. The house is a little creaky...

"We were a group of 10. 6 adults 4 children. Plenty of open spaces for our gathering. Dining area for 10 was great for all to eat together and for family games in the evenings. Sunset views were amazing. Kids enjoyed making smores. We all had a great time and hope to be back again "
